Comments:
Very nice lesson plan. I liked
the topic, the activities and the look and feel of the site. You followed the
format of the LP.
I really liked the vocabulary
part. I think you should have started with the vocabulary and not with the
grammar section.
The grammar part does not seem to
be related to the topic. It seems like a generic lesson on the simple past, and
the exercises are not tailored-made for the lesson. You could have taken advantage of the verbs
used in the vocabulary presentation to contextualize the grammatical
explanations and use tailor-made exercises. The material you have in the
grammar section could be offered as supporting material.
I would also have left the story
retell (task 9) to be completed after task 11 (summary writing). I think they
would be more prepared to paraphrase the story after all the other
activities.
There is no link from the bottom
of the grammar page to the vocabulary page.
You need to add it or just ask
the students to use the top navigation bar. When I first read your LP, I was
following the links at the bottom and I got confused.
In general, this is a great LP
